This is for the Combined 2025 Flyers Adult Academy and Tryouts registration. It includes 5 Academy dates and both February tryout dates, a Flyers 10th Anniversary t-shirt, new 2025 frisbee, and 1 free month of WatchUFA.tv! (If you are not invited to the closed tryout you will receive a $20 refund)

Learn from the pros!
Adult Academy is for any ultimate players with club level experience who are looking to sharpen their skills. 

Attendance is not required at all academy sessions in order to participate or tryout, however, the more time you spend with the players and coaching staff, the more chances you have to show them your skills.

Adult Academy Dates: Saturdays Dec 28th, Jan 4th, Jan 11th, Jan 18th, Jan 25th
Time: Noon to 3pm

OPEN TRYOUT Date: Saturday, February 1st on Championship Field (back field)
Time: Noon-3 PM

CLOSED INVITE ONLY TRYOUT Date: Sunday, February 16th, 2025 on front field #1
Time: 12:30pm-4pm

The Carolina Flyers are looking for driven, committed, and talented players to add to the team’s 2025 UFA roster. The Open Tryout will give Flyers coaching staff the opportunity to assess players’ skills, athleticism, knowledge, and teamwork ability. The tryout will feature targeted ultimate skills assessment, combine activities, and scrimmage. 

For the open tryout, please bring cleats, water bottle and snack, if desired. Arrive promptly at 11:45am to sign in and receive your t-shirt and warm up.

Tryout Medical Clearance Forms (required):

All tryout participants must complete the following medical forms and submit them at the link below. These forms can be submitted before or after you complete your registration, but must be sent by Friday, January 24th, 2025 for you to participate in the tryout.

1. New participants must submit a General Medical Clearance Form, completed and signed by participant’s primary care physician. This form can be emailed to your doctor’s office, though they may ask to complete the form in person if you haven’t had a physical examination in the past year. Please contact your primary care physician ASAP to inquire about clearance form completion.
2. Previous 2024 Flyers players who submitted a medical clearance form signed by a physician last season only need to submit a Medical Update Form instead (completed by the player, no doctor signature required.)
   
3. All participants must submit a completed and signed 2025 Waiver.
