Carolina Flyers Youth Academy Winter 2025 Session

The Carolina Flyers are excited to bring you another Youth Academy session. We will meet 7 times from December 28th through February 8th. Mike DeNardis and Matt Gouchoe-Hanas lead our coaching staff of Flyers players, Flyers alumni and other prominent local coaches.
- There are two divisions, U20 (high school) and U15 (middle school)
- 6 Saturday practices will take place at Herndon Park
- U20 9AM to noon
- U15 Noon to 3pm
- On February 8th we'll meet indoors for a rules presentation with THE Mitch Dengler a sport psychology talk, and other relevant topics to improve player performance
- Everyone will receive a Flyers Youth Academy disc
- USA Ultimate Membership is not required
- U20 players will have opportunities to play in some tournaments. This is separate and not included in the registration fee. Once we have tournament spots secured, we'll share that information and provide an opportunity to be considered for a tournament roster spot. You do need to be registered in this winter session to be consider for a tournament roster spot.
- They are not required, but all players registered for the winter session will have the opportunity to purchase Youth Academy jerseys at a discounted rate.

1. After registering, please complete our player information form HERE It's very short, but this information is essential, so please take a minute and fill it out now. Registration is not complete until this form is submitted.
2. Please add yourself to the Carolina Flyers Youth Academy Slack HERE as this is the main method of communication for the session.
3. Include player name in the Order Notes when you check out.
4. Space is limited! There is a limited number of spots available due to field space and once it's full, registration will close.
